Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs)

We offer 3, 5, and 7 layer MEAs designed for enabling high performance, durability, and efficiency in hydrogen production.

  • 3-Layer MEAs – consist of a membrane with catalyst layers on both sides, delivering excellent conductivity and electrochemical performance.
     

  • 5-Layer MEAs – add gas diffusion layers (GDL/ PTL) for improved water management, durability, and enhanced stack integration.
     

  • 7-Layer MEAs – include additional protective and functional layers for maximum efficiency, extended lifetime, and optimized operation in demanding environments.
     

Our MEAs are available in multiple sizes, thicknesses, and configurations, tailored to meet diverse industrial and research needs. Each assembly is built for high efficiency, long life, and consistent hydrogen output, making them the core of next-generation electrolyzer stacks.
